Beginning with Ernest Hemingway's 'For Whom The Bell Tolls', deconstruction of the text, revealed previously obscure elements - a woman portrayed as irrational and desperate; a man portrayed a strong and sensible; an uncompromisingly singular definition of strength; a very specific definition of love and relationships. This installation, exploring and challenging these defintions, was the result.
